Women’s Treatment Transformation House is a peaceful place, designed for women caught in the grips of addiction. It is a place where emotional, psychological, Spiritual, and physical safety is paramount. We understand this special population and we have designed our Program with these special people in mind. We have developed a truly integrated Spiritual and psychological approach to healing the disease of chemical dependency. Our Women’s Christian Recovery Program addresses the needs of the whole person including their familial needs. Our program is designed to address, heal, and give coping skills to women. Our staff understands that Christian Women have special needs in treatment settings. We approach these by creating a safe place, a place where women are allowed to explore "who they are" without the distraction of a co-ed environment.
We understand recent studies show 38-65% of addicted women HAVE suffered sexual, spiritual, physical, and emotional trauma. 33% of addicted women report they suffered child abuse and that their addiction is only an attempt to numb the pain through the use of drugs and/or alcohol. We understand the importance of providing healing to the family, that's why we provide coaching, conjoint and multifamily counseling with education. The Transformation House staff members are highly trained and seasoned professionals and passionate about their own "recoveries" and walks with God. They understand the importance Grace has to the recovering addict. As a Staff we stand ready to help our clients heal and find peace in the lifestyle of women's christian addictions recovery. |
